Citronella-Scented Torch Fuel

This tiki torch fuel was made with the outdoors in mind.When put into action the fumes create a barrier that keeps the mosquitos at bay.Volume to price ratio is on point.

I picked this up knowing summer mosquitoes always seem to find me. While I wouldn’t recommend using it indoors, it works well for outdoor gatherings so far in a tabletop torch. The citronella scent is strong without being overwhelming, and it actually seems to keep the bugs at bay---I haven't had the need to reach for bug spray as a backup.The oil burns steadily and for a long time, so I can tell this bottle will last quite a while. So far, I’m happy with it and, more importantly, still bite-free!

I got this torch fuel to use in my lanterns by my pool. The liquid is clear but smells like citronella and definitely keeps the mosquitos away.

When the weather is muggy and when there is standing water around, mosquitoes are usually present. This bottle of citronella oil, when poured into a tiki torch lamp or comparable device helps scare mosquitoes away.The ability for mosquitoes to be repelled does depend on the season. If it is fall and they want to desperately reproduce, this can be of no use, or I should say little use. However, early in the season towards the beginning of summer or end of spring mosquitoes are indeed repelled. Therefore, the effectiveness of this bottle of citronella oil does depend on how desperate mosquitoes are to reproduce.Overall, I still do recommend this bottle of torch filled citronella oil because it smells great and it was effective in my use case.
