Shipping policy

  • We do not ship to PO boxes, a physical address must be provided at the time of order placement.
  • UPS and FedEx prohibits orders with flammable products from being held for customer pickup at a nearby location. All orders must be delivered to a physical residential or business address.
  • Our Return and Refund Policy does not accept returns of flammable liquids due to shipping regulations. For more information, please refer to our return policy.
  • Currently, orders are shipped via ground service only and cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US island territories.
  • We do not ship to international addresses outside of the lower 48 United States.
  • Expedited, next-day, or air shipping services are not available for any items.
  • The list of state rules and regulations provided is a starting point for understanding the regulations in each state. Additional local regulations, such as those at the county, city, borough, and township levels, may apply to specific customer situations or use scenarios.
