Is there a minimum order?
Yes, and it depends on the format and whether you stock inventory or drop-ship. Tell us your channel and volume on the form and we will confirm your exact minimum alongside your pricing.
Can I sell SmartFuel without holding inventory?
Yes. Approved resellers can use our drop-ship program: we hold the stock, you place and pay for orders through your portal, and we ship direct to your customer in two business days or less.
How fast do orders ship?
Drop-ship orders leave our warehouse within two business days or less. Stocking orders by case or pallet are scheduled with your account contact.
Do you protect retail pricing?
Yes. A minimum advertised price policy applies to the program, so the price you sell at is not undercut by other resellers.
Can I sell on Amazon or other marketplaces?
Marketplace selling is handled case by case. Tell us which marketplaces you are on and we will confirm what is available in your territory.
What documentation do you provide?

Do you ship outside the United States?

Can I buy in bulk rather than bottles?
Yes. We supply 275 and 330 gallon totes and full tanker loads for partners who bottle in their own facility, including custom blends to your own formulation.
Can I sell it under my own brand instead?
Yes — that is our white label program, which starts at 10,000 bottles per run and puts your label on the bottle and the carton.
